Overview of an innovative staggered arrangement for placing high capacity RICON S VS 290×80 concealed beam hangers. Testing of this arrangement achieved double the capacity of a single RICON S VS 290×80 connector in a slender beam profile with room for a char layer to provide a one-hour fire resistance rating.
