Slender panel materials often require an inter-layer material for structural purposes and serviceability purposes. The previously presented work did not provide reference values for the timber concrete composite (TCC) system with inter-layer. This paper presents new research findings to allow the design of TCC systems with inter-layer,a design example of a TCC T-Beam is presented. This example may be helping the design community when upgrading existing buildings with TCC systems.
