  • The Role

      As Sales Team Manager, you will use your extensive knowledge in the industry and proven experience in sales to establish and meet ambitious targets while developing and engaging your very capable team.

      Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team, striving to continuously improve processes and capabilities. You will exceed customers’ expectations and promote strong teamwork by communicating frequently and coordinating efforts with other departments.

    • • meeting sales revenue and profitability targets;
      • mentoring, guiding, and developing the sales team;
      • establishing clear objectives, guidelines, and expectations for the sales team;
      • measuring and reporting on sales achievements;
      • collaborating with other departments to deliver on business strategies.

      You have a rare skill set. Not only are you well versed in the growing, but still niche, mass timber construction industry, you are also an expert in supply chain management and B2B sales communication and strategy.
