• Demonstrates expertise in utilizing CRM systems as an integral part of daily responsibilities. (We use Hubspot)
• Exhibits exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, tailored for the North American business landscape.
• Possesses a natural inclination to take initiative, strategize effectively, and thrive while working autonomously.
• Excels in proactively gathering information on current and upcoming projects through insightful inquiries and innovative thinking.
• Is open and able to travel occasionally in North America for conferences, enabling valuable networking and keeping abreast of industry trends.
• Embraces a results-driven mindset, dedicated to achieving objectives effectively.
• Takes a proactive stance toward staying updated with industry trends.
• Not only aspires to individual excellence but also seeks to be part of a collaborative team working toward a collective vision.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, your role will be dynamic and impactful. Here’s an overview of what you’ll be responsible for:

• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Your role involves closely monitoring the mass timber industry to anticipate upcoming building projects. By staying ahead of the curve, you’ll help position our products as the preferred choice for these projects.
• Facilitate Connections: You’ll play a crucial role in connecting our internal teams with prominent industry players. Your ability to forge relationships will make our hardware a top choice for influential projects.
• Event Planning: Take the lead in organizing in-person events, ranging from industry trade shows to our exclusive technical showcase events. These events will feature our internal engineers as they present technical insights to our audience.
• Bridge Building: Act as the bridge between our internal engineering experts and our target audience, amplifying our influence within the industry. Your communication skills will be instrumental in conveying complex technical information effectively.
• Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with industry professionals, stakeholders, and trendsetters to bolster our reputation and strengthen our network within the mass timber sector.
• Educational Initiatives: Foster relationships through technical learning sessions and by hosting round table discussions. These initiatives will further establish us as a knowledge leader in the field.
