• Your Role

  • • Developing and designing technical literature from either a blank layout or from a pre-set art direction (e.g., document templates) while maintaining company branding

    • Working with our senior graphic designer to create various graphical elements for social media, print material, and website development through video and document formatting

    • Breaking down heavy technical content into clean and clear visual resources that can be used for engineering design, education, and powerful sales tools

    • Working collaboratively with multiple teams including the Application Engineering & Sales team to create innovative visuals and informational documents

  We are Looking for Someone That Can

  • • Design and apply branded layouts for technical design guides, white papers, infographics, social media content, website content, etc. • Design with consistency and offer a minimalistic, creative, and playful design approach • Must be able to prioritize when required, working on multiple projects at a time, and manage tight timelines independently • Work in a fast‐paced dynamic environment • Ensure the integrity of all creation is maintained and follows brand guidelines and standards • Offer a confident point of view and bring new ideas for enhancing the quality of the current content

  What You Will Need

  • • Degree or diploma in a design-related field with 1-3 years of industry experience
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
    • Excellent creative visual conceptualization skills – ability to present advanced technical knowledge in clear and concise design concepts
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in composition, proportions, colour, fonts, etc.
    • Advanced skills of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator (Premiere Pro is a great asset!) in a Windows environment
    • Proficient in creating graphic elements, layouts, and spreads
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Upbeat, team-orientated with a positive attitude
    • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
    • Strong organizational and planning skills with a strong ability to prioritize

  Assets

  • • Animation (After Effects)
    • 3D Renderings creation using SketchUp
    • Website content management (HTML, CSS, & WordPress)
    • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, mobile prototypes, and precise documentation
