As the Covid 19 situation is evolving quickly, the health and safety of our employees and customers is our number one priority. As of this post (April 1, 2020), MTC Solutions has not experienced any service disruptions but we are closely monitoring any potential global supply chain disruptions. We are proactively investigating different means to deliver project requirements on time if any potential disruptions arise.
Internally we have taken measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers. The following are our practices MTC Solutions has put in place.
All employees are working remotely wherever possible, using video conferencing and cloud applications to ensure continued collaboration. MTC Solutions is providing all available resources and support to our employees to ensure that we deliver the highest level of service.
All business travel is on hold until further notice. We believe that limiting travel is our safest and best option for reducing the risk of infection. For personal travel, we are asking all employees who travel by airplane to self-quarantine for 14 days upon their return.
MTC Solutions has cancelled all in-person events until further notice, focusing on continuing our commitment to the education of the mass timber industry through remote learning, design guides, and white papers.
While we understand this a stressful time, we are committed to doing our part to ensure the health and safety of our community while still providing the highest level of service.
